WebI both buy and sell and I never ever ever contact a buyer directly unless I have to. Seriously: in most of my (selling) transactions, the only personal communication I have with the buyer is when I leave them feedback. I don't message or email them, I don't leave cutesy notes in their packaging. Communication only happens on an as-needed basis.
