You can switch the Reverb to 60Hz, but even then it's unlikely you'll maintain 60fps. It's worth a shot though - I do this for my G2 in IL2 and Star Wars squadrons (with RTX 3090).

Nope, terrain settings do not affect it. Loading is not part of it either as it even happens when sitting still parked.

Things have definitely improved after the last OpenXR update. I think you have to put up with the occasional hiccup in frame rate but I’ve managed to push my settings quite high and get a half decent performance.
