WebFeb 8, 2024 · If you’re interested in staying at the hike-in, hike-out Sperry Chalet, you’ll need to book as soon as they open reservations for the season, in January. This area is great for families or senior citizens. It provides many non-strenuous trails, like Trail of the Cedars and Avalanche Lake. WebThe campground never filled and this was due to the closure of many of the hiking trails from Two Medicine as a result of the wildfires in the area. There was some smoke, but nothing that would result in closure of the campground. East Glacier is nearby, where cell coverage was 4G/LTE. This is our favorite Glacier campground.
